Situated within one of the most attractive Victorian terraces in Glasgow our designs connect the house with the roof, safely and discretely. This large dwelling is an upper conversion over two floors, with no garden. The roof area was accessible through a very dangerous hatch that made ongoing maintenance risky. Our design adds facilities to the upper rooms and inserts a proper stair that is capped with a fully glazed flat hydraulic roof light. The roof light opens at the touch of button, cannot be seen from any of the surrounding buildings and makes access safe.
