Derelict for decades this house has many problems. It is too small to be attractive to most potential users, has no private space or privacy and is beside a social housing estate that is gradually being knocked down. Our developed solution can resolve many of these issues by redefining edges and adding a subtle extension that is in keeping with the lodge architecture, all of which are in the control of the park management and building design.
