Extension to upper villa conversion, Corsebar Road, Paisley

A two storey extension to this Victorian villa was required to provide access to the upper level and provide a better connection to the existing extensive east- facing garden.Similar to our extension at Dean Villa we have developed an extension that is clearly a new addition and which takes its proportions from the existing building. Creating a new entrance to the villa with a stunning double height space in the reception foyer will be a tremendous improvement on the existing sequence. Although modest to the front elevation , so as not to compete with the original house facade, the new extension extends to the rear opening to the garden and increases in width finishing with a terrace at first floor level, angled to face south.
